Cara Blake has over eight years of experience working in the real estate industry, four of which have been with Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota. In her previous line of work she focused on education in the area of Green Building and Energy Efficiency, where her main objective was to help homeowners and schools retrofit their properties and buildings in ways that promoted sustainability and reduced utility costs.
In her role as a Realtor, Cara focuses exclusively on her clients’ needs so that she can provide world¬-class service, proper education, and support through the entirety of the real estate transaction, all while backed by the largest real estate company in the world, Keller Williams. She takes great pride in going above and beyond to research properties and maintain expert knowledge of the market, thereby ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients. Cara is a Listing and Buyer Specialist for a full-service real estate team, Sarasota Home Specialists, which is made-up of several local agents and specialists who also have the ultimate knowledge of Sarasota and surround areas. The Sarasota Home Specialists team has been the top team for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. The SHS team also prides themselves in working with the top local vendors and service providers in order to best serve their clients.
As a resident of Sarasota for the past six years, Cara truly loves being outdoors and spends a majority of her free time in and on the water diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and boating. She also enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and photography. Cara also loves spending time with her two sons and volunteering at Mote Marine and other local environmental agencies.
