After meeting with Cara to talk about listing our home we knew she was the realtor for us. She is very knowledgeable, confident, with a very positive attitude who cares and looks out for her customers. She knows the area and knew what to list our home for. She assisted with staging advice and the pictures for the listing were amazing. Throughout the process she always promptly answered our questions and helped us with any concerns we had. We have bought and sold many homes and she is the best real estate agent we have ever had. We highly recommend her.

Cara understood and explained any questions we had prior to putting our rental house on the market. She worked hard with the purchasing party to make sure all paperwork was handled properly so our closing could run smooth ( and it did) . Cara was kind and very pleasant through our entire selling. She was knowledgeable on area . We are moving out of state soon and she will be working with her company to make necessary connections as needed. She was genuinely pleasant to work with ! About 3-4 yrs ago I decided to have a market value appraisal done... Cara was the third and last realtor
to come to my house. We must have had a connection because this past June when I decided to sell, Cara was the first realtor to come to mind. The house was an easy sell, but now we needed to purchase a house... from the end of June to mid August... the closing on both properties... Cara was always there ... no matter how trivial the the question or concern, Cara took time with me and either answered my question or reassured me or directed me to the appropriate person...

Cara gives you 100% plus. You won’t be disappointed...😊
