I met CARDIA 2 years ago. When I first applied for a mortgage loan back in 2020 I was denied. Even after being denied, CARDIA stayed I touch and checked on me periodically throughout the year. In 2021, I was approved and he was with me every step of the way. He also gave me contact information for a mortgage lender Shelly Nickles who also helped me throughout this process. Working with him was great!

I was nervous about the process but Mr. Bruce and his team provided reassurance throughout the entire process. Whenever I wanted to get discouraged, he made sure I kept going.
