Cari was wonderful!! I was super anxious that I wouldn’t be able to find what I wanted in my price range but she was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and found properties I never would’ve never seen. She also kept me hopeful when I was discouraged. I am now in my DIY dream home with all the things I was hoping for and even things I didn’t expect to get in my price range. My husband and I came across a listing of Cari’s while driving home one day and little did we know we’d soon be working with an amazing realtor, someone we will now hold close to our hearts forever! Cari made our process as first time home buyers feel so smooth and stress free. Aside from the normal stressors or buying a home, she was there every step of the way, answered every question we had, and accommodated us in ways we never would’ve expected. We found the home of our dreams without having the best credit or all the money in the world. If you’re looking for a realtor, that will have your back, Cari is the one….the G.O.A.T! I had no doubt that she was always looking out for my best interest and she proved it more than once!
We ended up placing an offer on a townhome that already had several other offers being considered, I wasn’t about to get my hopes up, being that I am a sore loser, HOWEVER the seller chose my offer and I now own a townhouse! My offer was chosen, not because of more money, it was because Cari paid attention details that the selling agent had provided about his seller and she was able to use that to our advantage when placing the winning offer.
She also gets bonus points since I tend to speak a lot of sarcasm and she matched my energy so we had some good laughs in the process of finding my new home. She’s in my phone as Kicka$$ Cari! Thanks Cari!!!

From realtor to friend, there are not enough words to describe how amazing Cari is! Cari goes above and beyond advocating for her clients. Communication is key and Cari has it mastered. I can honestly say I'm one of those annoying clients to work with. I ask a million and one questions, always asking for an update, asking last minute to tour homes, I'm a hot mess. Cari never made me feel stupid for asking something silly, she explained in detail all my questions, when a house we toured wasn't the one she never felt like her time was wasted, but that she gained valuable insight on what we were looking for and tailored her search to better suited homes for our family moving forward. She is absolutely the best realtor in the area. I have my perfect first starter home because of her. Quite literally, she found my home when we were touring another home right around the block. She said let's pop in and see this one while we are in the area. A home I had looked at online and passed on because the pictures looked awful. Cari is a phenomenal realtor, friend, and Navy Vet! This is the third house that we've bought, but it was definitely the easiest and the most smooth process; especially for a new build! I never ever felt rushed when talking to her, and she always took the time to explain everything in great deal. She's also hilarious! The communication was very fluid between her, us, and the lender. If something needed done, Cari was there calling people to figure out how to make it happen.
I'll probably tell her to still expect phone calls from me just wanting to talk, because she is just a great person all around.

The first thing I can say is Cari went above and beyond to help me and never took no for an answer! I had a bad experience with a realtor recommended to me by my previous realtor in Washington, who was supposedly very experienced. My S/O asked for recommendations from the military community and Cari was recommended and immediately there to help us. We talked to her on a Sunday evening and we had videos of 3 houses the next day! She took our wants and needs to heart and stuck to them. She was up front if something wasn't going to fit our criteria and would show us the hard no and move on. We were in Washington when shopping and wanted something we could have the keys to the day we arrived. She showed us upward of 30 homes and had no complaints or pressure. She is very personable, almost like we were working with close friends. She's been in our shoes and knew exactly how to look out for us and is extremely critical of quality and craftsmanship. On the home we purchased there were a few minor issues that came out of inspection and she pushed for us because she wanted us to be in control of having the repairs done. Even the day of closing on her final walkthrough she found a leaking faucet and it was replaced with no question. A minor issue came up during re-inspect and she had no issue fighting for me if I chose to delay closing if I wanted it corrected. I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone I know coming to the area!

She is very thorough and precise and lets you know each step during your selling experience and provides you with multiple venues to help cater to your individual selling needs. She came by on various occasions to provide assistance with packing and by request brought her children to come play with ours so we could get things done faster. She literally came help us clean the house up before our signing. I can’t say how seamless this move and sell has been because I had her on my side.
