Carie is the BEST! Helped us find exactly what we wanted and needed quickly and efficiently. Took us on numerous, numerous tours of our future new home so we could show family members. Always pleasant and inviting and never put out by our requests. Very patient and eager to help you get what you want. Carie has been an absolute joy to work with. Not only is Carie knowledge and hard working, she has an awesome sense of humor, is caring, thoughtful and she is very personable. We started working with Carie in 2018 when my husband first transferred to Texas, she found him a rental to start us out. In September 2020 I had surgery that laid me up for a few weeks and Carie had dinner sent to us since I do most of the cooking for our family, We have truly been blessed by her. As a first time home buyer, Carie helped me through everything! She was so accommodating and attentive, and I could not have asked for more from a realtor. She helped me find my dream home, and even walked me through the whole process, saving me so much money when she diligently asked relevant questions to the builder and the property manager.

I closed my dream home after a year of struggling to close during the pandemic, and I am so grateful for her unconditional kindness. She is an awesome communicator and helped work out many problems that I had encountered in my situation, which was so extremely specific and problematic, but she powered right through it and helped me close!

Since moving to TX, I had a very difficult time finding realtors who would help me find a rental or even respond to an inquiry. It was a nightmare. And then I found Carie! She was super patient with me, despite me hurling tons of rentals her way to look into (and I know rentals aren't a realtor's favorite). I was new to the area, and had no idea where to begin. The houses go fast and I lived far away. I trusted her to do the searching for me because of my struggle to commute.

She's a straight shooter, honest, and transparent, which I appreciate immensely. She will be the only person I go to when I can purchase a home! I trust her completely and know she won't give me the run-around. I recommend giving her a call and letting her help you - she's good at what she does and she puts in the time (hard to find out here - trust me).
