Carissa's philosophy is, family first, and family begins with a good home. She would never tell someone to buy a home that she would not want her own children to buy. Her life up until joining the Howard Hanna team gave her personal experience in this industry that can not be taught in a classroom. Carissa and her family have built, bought, sold, moved (4 times-4 states), rented and everything in between. She has learned the do's and don'ts of both the seller's and the buyer's perspective in making such a wonderful life changing decision.
