This was a first time home purchase for us. Carl is a phenomenal real estate agent who is extremely knowledgeable about the process and very familiar with the market. Our home buying process was seamless and it was all during Covid-19! He was conscious of our budget and never showed us houses out of a range that we were comfortable with. He listens to what his clients needs are. We had heard so many negative stories from others about how looking for a home and the closing process was horrible however that was not our experience at all.
