Carl Cooper

Carl Cooper is a family man, with a beautiful wife and two beautiful girls. He brings high energy, attention to detail and hard work to everything he does. Carl has resided in Brevard County for over 20 years. He moved from Maryland to complete his Marine Biology Degree at Florida Tech. Here, in Brevard, he fell in love with the County and has lived here ever since. After buying and selling several houses in the county for personal and investment purposes, he acquired his Realtor license in 2014 to turn his love for real estate into a full time career. Always happy to get out of the office, Carl takes clients all over the county to find the house of their dreams, day or night, weekdays or weekends. As a young man, Carl’s life and interests took him to many interesting and exciting places. In those years before entering college, he mastered a diverse set of skills that helped to form a strong foundation for a career in real estate. Some of the notable skills include professional photography, art and graphics, carpentry, landscaping and business management. While acquiring several college degrees, Carl amassed knowledge in the area of computers, Internet design and hosting, graphics design and an intimate understanding of the county, state, the world and its environment. While attending Florida Tech here in Melbourne, he started the golf club and team that persists today and has produced some great talent.
