Carl Demander

Carl Demander grew up on Clover Nook Farm in Bethany, CT and still resides locally. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, his brother and he are the eighth generation of the farm. He credits his strong work ethic and down-to-earth, easy-going attitude to his unique upbringing. After graduating from Amity High School in 2006, he attended college at the University of Delaware where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics. For years he had considered pursuing real estate and finally decided to get licensed in 2019. He quickly joined Coldwell Banker under the Ken Viele Realty Group and got to collaborate with sellers, buyers, and renters. He continues to close a wide variety of deals from residential properties to farms and has loved every step of the way.
