I would like for Carl to know that he was a very good hard worker and I mean this we had to challenge a few realtors and customers to that some were very mean and hateful but in the end of the day one of them realtors and customers bought my house so my hats are off to a Carl for the great service and respectful man you were and we never back down. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Carl Gresen. Best realtor ever! We had to sell our home and then purchase another nearly two hours away. Carl sold our home in less than 24 hours with a great open house strategy. Had 19 offers and several were well over list. Carl put extra dollars in our pockets which greatly helped with our subsequent purchase.
And Carl didn't stop assisting us with the sale of our home. He helped us find and purchase our home nearly two hours away. He made multiple trips to our new desired area to help us. Stayed with us all the way even driving up for our purchase closing.

Sale: After talking things over we decide to sell our home and move 2+ hours away so we could get away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of where we were at in Lakeland, FL. In speaking to Carl about the market and realizing we could get what we wanted out of our home and be able to accomplish what we wanted it was then full steam ahead with Carl. Now, I was nervous and kept mentioning what we needed to move and he assured us that he would get us that number and more.

The marketing strategy was terrific. Great photos, social media, and listed it a couple of days before people could see it. With the right marketing and a 2.5 hour window to see the home we had traffic the whole time and ended up with I believe over 15 offers on our home.

We ended up picking one that after negotiating with them was for 350,000 (well over the number we originally wanted) and Carl got them to do two great things for us. He got them to waive any appraisal contingencies and got us time to move out after closing so we weren't under so much pressure to find our perfect next home. To say Carl worked his magic for us is an understatement.

Purchase: We were moving a couple of hours away and we wanted Carl to help us, but we knew that was a lot to ask. We were still telling him what we wanted and gave you some possibilities we found as well. He was going to coordinate with an agent he knew to show us these homes. The first home we pulled up to we were surprised as Carl was there to show this one and the others.

After that trip we readjusted what we wanted and ended up finding the perfect home just about a week later. Even in this busy market Carl was able to get us this home without having to bid a crazy number and he even got us a contingency because we had to sell our home first. He was with us every step of the way including the home inspection and being there is person at the final closing. He takes his business seriously and went the extra mile more than once for us. You will not be disappointed when you hire Carl and his team to help you.

We never planned on selling our Dunedin home, but our daughter moved out of state and we wanted to be close to our daughter and grand child. My husband is in the termite business and works with Realtors everyday. he really did not want to use one as he was never really impressed with any of them. We thought of selling it ourselves, but with everything going on with trying to pack, show the home, and dealing with people who wanted to low ball our home we decided to at least talk with Carl. When we met him we knew he was the guy to sell our home. He came off as very confident, (not arrogant) and truly seemed to care about what we wanted. We wanted to net a certain number and he said he could do that and most likely get more. Our home sold within a couple of days and actually got 5K over list price and netted quite a bit more than what we wanted. Overall, everything went smoothly and we can't say enough good things about Carl and his team. We would recommend anyone to do business with Carl Gresen.

PS. I'm sure you know, but the home next door sold for 465,000 when you consider they gave 5K in closing costs to the buyer. It sold for 95% of list price and 340.00 a sq. ft. You were 101% of list price and 377.00 sq. ft.

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to move to in Dunedin, Florida. We could not decide on a more expensive home or a condo, but we did know we wanted to be close to downtown. We literally went back and forth for several weeks on what we wanted and probably got our agent Carl Gresen crazy, but he never once complained. I don't know how many videos he did for us since we were out of state, but he was always on it and got them to us same day. We did actually go down a couple of times too and looked at properties that were listed or coming soon that Carl had access to. They were moving quickly, but we were not going to settle. We finally decided on a nice end unit condo in Dunedin and we could not be happier. Even after the closing he was helpful in letting contractors come in to do an estimate or complete work we were having done. At the end of it all he was a great partner and we got exactly what we wanted and at a fair price too. I would highly recommend Carl and his team if you are looking to buy or sell your home in the Tampa Bay area.

Carl is the best and I don't say that lightly. The amount of time he invested with me in finding my home was incredible. He made himself available at all hours to talk through things. He happily did numerous video walk-throughs of properties, which made all the difference in the world to a buyer who lived across the country. It was time for us to sell and we were looking for an aggressive agent with a great marketing plan so we could net as much as possible for the sale of our home. Even though, the first buyer lost his job during the transaction and could not close Carl was able to sell it again quickly and we actually ended up getting several thousand more than what we originally thought we might get when we first met Carl. We had two homes we needed to sell as we were moving out of state and we needed to do one at a time. We ended up finding Carl and on the first property we shopped it with several cash buyer investors and he was able to get us the highest offer and even a little higher than we expected. Overall, the transaction went well. The first one was on Pinellas county and the other was in Pasco. The second one they were also going to buy, but decided not too as they thought it might have a foundation issue. We of course found out that was not true and it was just some tree roots causing some cracking. Anyway, Carl, said we can get you a good offer so let's put it out to our database and the masses. We will price it a little low and see how much interest we can get. We got a lot and sold it well over list price. We needed some additional time to move out and we were given as much time as we needed. Carl and his team really came through for us and we highly recommend him.
