Real Estate has been my full time career since 1975. There have been many changes to adjust to. My forte is investment properties and single family homes. There is not much I have not seen or experienced! Usually there is a solution to most problems. Agents do more than open doors. If there were not challenges we would not be needed. Volunteered in the USMC at 17. At one time the youngest USMC Corporal. I return calls and though I can text, twitter or email,there is nothing like meeting face to face... or a voice all. I service most of Southern California from L.A. to the coast then down to Palm Desert!
Income property and out of area/absentee owners are also my forte'.
