Carl Nichols

President of Nichols Land & Investment Company and Southeastern Agri-Business Management, Carl has been a real estate broker and investor since 1973. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Agriculture, Carl has built the Nichols name to mean expertise and integrity in all areas of real estate investment. Carl is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
