Carley Carr is a creative marketer, skilled contract negotiator, and detail-driven real estate professional who knows how to make a property stand out.
She has called the Midlands home for 41 years, including more than 30 years spent living and enjoying her family's Lake Murray waterfront bungalow. That experience gives Carley valuable knowledge of the lake’s communities, hidden coves, shoreline areas, and lesser-known opportunities for homes and affordable land.
Carley’s discipline began early. During her youth and high-school years, she became a highly accomplished Western horse-show competitor, earning first-place finishes, high-point awards, trophies, ribbons, and saddles throughout the Southeast. That same preparation, patience, and attention to detail still shape her work today.
Before becoming licensed in 2021, Carley built a background in radio advertising, marketing, sales, and client service. She now uses those skills to position listings strategically through drone footage, Matterport virtual tours, strong presentation, and targeted marketing.
Her eye for staging, design, landscaping, and curb appeal helps sellers create an updated and fresh look—often by simply utilizing what homeowners already own. Her results include multiple homes going under contract within 24 to 48 hours. She knows what buyers look for and steps up for the challenge to help sellers stay on track and their eye on the prize.
Carley does not simply list homes. She prepares, positions, and markets them to sell.
