Carley Mann

I am a dedicated, professional and full time agent serving the Triad area of North Carolina. I am a NC native and have lived in the Triad for over 25 years, so I know the area well! I have over 13 years of experience in the industry with an Interior Design degree/background. I use my design talents to help buyers visualize how they might function in a home, and with my sellers by helping them stage their home to show in its best light, netting the most money. My passion is in older homes, but I am also very knowledgeable in New Construction, as I have represented several local home builders.

I am dedicated to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. My clients rely on me as their quarterback throughout the process; educating, informing and directing them every step of the way. This makes for a pleasurable and as stress-free as possible process as we cross the finish line!

I am up-to-date on the changing local market as well as the latest technology in the business. On the Listing side, this helps me in marketing my listings to their fullest potential. This ensures that the right buyer finds their home, views it and submits an offer. With buyers, I am able to inform them as soon as a new listing that meets their criteria hits the market, price changes, etc.
