I tried to sell my house by myself; but, all offers I got were very low. A friend of mine sent me the link to TruMiami.com and after checking the site out, I decided to call him up. All I can say is that Carlos made the sale and I was able to get top dollars for my property hassle free in record time. I moved from L.A. to Miami and I thought that I was able to get everything done without the help of a Realtor; but, I ended up driving thru bad neighborhoods and sometimes the property I saw online was either sold or off the market. It was a waste of energy. I got a facebook ad where it shows properties in Brickell for less than 300K and decided to give it a shot. I feel that I hit the nail with Carlos, since he pretty much took me on a tour of the Brickell area and I saw properties that met my criteria. I bought my condo with Carlos and I feel that not only I got a good deal, I also made a good friend in the process. Thanks Carlos for your help!
