He got licensed back in 2003 while a sophomore in college and it was until 2006 that he shifted gears from the lending world to the Real Estate arena.

Carlos is a hardworking, ambitious and detail-oriented professional. He has a strong background in commercial real estate including land, commercial and residential development as well as in residential lending and valuations. He established early in his career exclusive relationships with some of the major banks in the valuation world averaging around 150 valuations per month from 2009 to 2012. He’s been involved in commercial projects such as The Bayfront Hilton in San Diego’s convention center area, a $285 million dollar project, and residential development such as the Pacific Beach Sands, a 30-unit complex (17 residential and 13 commercial). He has utilized his experience as a Mortgage Consultant, Personal Banker, REO Asset Management Assistant, Valuation Specialist and Realtor Associate to establish himself as a trusted advisor within the San Diego Community. He has appeared on television and radio shows and has written several articles for local newspapers and magazines.

Carlos grew up in Rancho Bernardo and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University.
