Carlos and I have been friends for over 15 years now. We worked together at a high tech company years ago and got to know each other really well. A couple of months ago, my fiancée and I decided it was time to buy a house. However, I had to to sell my condo first. I knew Carlos was the right person to sell my condo as well as to find us our first house. I was not expecting my condo to sell at the price Carlos listed it for but I was pleasantly surprised when the condo got sold for a lot more. His skills to negotiate a higher price made me trust him more. Likewise, when we started the process of buying our house, Carlos was there every step of the way. At times, we felt like giving up because we could not find what we wanted; nonetheless, Carlos did not. I truly believe that for him there is a lot more to it than making money. He does care for his clients. I definitely recommend Carlos to handle all of your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed.
