Carly set roots down in the beautiful mountains of Asheville in 2005. She couples her knowledge of the local market and strong work ethic with a sense of warmth and lightness, helping her clients feel secure and at ease. Buying, selling, and investing in real estate is complex, and Carly has a keen ability of bringing the ten-thousand-foot view down to ground level for her clients, simplifying systems to make them easy to understand and navigate. Carly's solution-oriented personality, attention to detail and strong organizational skills create the foundation of her work as a realtor. Carly considers herself a homebody with community spirit. She believes every neighborhood deserves to thrive, which lead her to cofound and direct a local farmers market in her old neighborhood of Oakley. It was a natural leap to take from community work to a career in real estate, where she can help other folks buy and sell in the wonderful neighborhoods in and around Asheville. When not doing real estate, Carly is usually thinking about and learning more about real estate. But she does other things too! She enjoys her morning gym classes, snuggling her dog, raising her two boys with her loving partner, cooking a simple satisfying dinner from scratch, exploring the outdoors, and creating home with intention and love.
