I have always counted it such a blessing to be located in the Piedmont of North Carolina and have the ability to travel to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains or sandy, white beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. After finishing college in Raleigh, NC, I returned to Charlotte. I worked in the healthcare industry as a dietitian for 25 years in various roles. Patient satisfaction was of utmost importance to me.
