Carmen was very knowledgeable of the changing market (weeks after the March 31, 2023 tornado in West Little Rock), very responsive & pro-active to issues relating to selling an estate home, and VERY helpful keeping the us, the sellers, informed through the entire selling process.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly buyer's agent, look no further. After being pressured by another agent to sign an exclusive buyer's agent agreement before discussing homes, I quickly searched for a new agent and thankfully found Carmen. She responded promptly by phone and told me what I needed to do on that Tuesday. We viewed houses and made an offer on that Wednesday. I signed an exclusive buyer's agent agreement with her along with the offer. The offer was accepted on that Thursday.

Thirty days later, I had the key to my new home.

Carmen is not the agent that disappears after the deal is closed. Since the previous owner left multiple cans of paint and old grills, she notified the seller's agent to have the items removed and stayed on top of it. The items were removed within a week.

Thanks, Carmen. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Before I select Carmen to sell my house, I went with another agent. That agent when I told them what I want to list my house for told me my house wasn't worth that much and would not sell at my asking price. After hearing the agent real plan I dropped her. My wife then found Carmen. She walked with us and told us what we needed to do to get the house sold. We did almost everything she asked us to do prior to putting the listing time frame we had. We posted our house on Monday, had an offer Tuesday and contract the following Monday. Here's the best part Carmen did what was in our best interest. By the way my house sold for more than my previous agent said it would. Will recommend Carmen to any buying or selling a home.
