Carmen's business background includes an extensive and successful national career in the real estate financial services industry. As an early pioneer and one of a few females in the secondary mortgage market, she seized the opportunity to not only develop and hone her sales and negotiating skills but also to gain an in-depth knowledge of the national real estate market. This experience allows her clients to partner with a professional that knows the ins and outs of an ever-evolving real estate market.

Carmen also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation put forth by the National Association of Realtors. A SRES is a real estate agent who is uniquely qualified to assist the fifty plus market in housing sales and purchases. The SRES designation is awarded only to real estate agents who have additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.

Carmen and her husband, Gene has two grown children and three beloved grandchildren. Their daughter Stephanie remains in her hometown and works with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Their son Fenn resides in Atlanta and works in financial services.

When not working, Carmen spends time playing with her three British Labs: Amelia, Big George, and Peaches. She can also be found enjoying collecting shells or walking on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island.
