Carmen Halstrom

Carmen has over 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Real Estate, and Construction. She is a competitive and highly motivated self-starter – a “people” person who is an excellent negotiator, very detail oriented and is consistently a top performer! The foundation of Carmen's business has always been relationships; she truly cares for her clients on a personal level. She started her Real Estate career in 1999 and has been with Windermere Bellevue. Carmen says one of her favorite things about the Bellevue office is the diverse mix of new and seasoned brokers who keep her feeling inspired and motivated to grow her business.

Carmen's sense of humor and enthusiasm provide a positive experience for clients allowing them to enjoy the process, whether it be buying or selling. Although she strives to find a win-win situation for all sides of a deal, ultimately her client always comes first. Carmen's personable, professional, and honest approach brings an ease to those she works with making for a smooth transaction.

Since moving to Seattle from Spokane over 39 years ago, she has been an active part of the community. Having raised her three girls in Sammamish, she was fortunate to meet many wonderful people through their schools and activities. These people have become lifelong friends, valued clients, and led to her joining various philanthropic organizations that she continues to participate in. For Carmen, success is built upon providing the highest level of customer service with integrity. With a passion for real estate and the clients she meets along the way, she has excelled in this business for 22 years.
