Carmen is no stranger to the real estate development world. She started her career in 1998 with a national developer in Charlotte, NC as a Marketing Director. It didn't take long for her to figure out she wanted to be involved in the brokerage and tenant representation aspect of the business, as she loved to watch the materialization of projects from start to finish! Since then, she has worked with another national developer as well as owning her own business. She has been involved with developments in FL and has held a Brokers license in SC, NC, GA, VA & AL at various times in her career, which has led to a vast expertise in markets all along the Southeast.
