Carol-Ann Palmieri

A lifelong resident of the area, Carol-Ann attended Walpole public schools, Mass Bay Community College, and Suffolk University. She served in the United States Marine Corps and worked for the Medfield Police Department and EMT service.

From the very beginning Carol-Ann found that she loved working with people in a fast paced, emotionally charged environment and excelled in working under pressure. These experiences have helped her a great deal in her real estate career. While not the same, by nature, a real estate transaction is packed full of stress and emotion.

For the past 26 years, Carol-Ann has found that her experiences working with people under unusual circumstances have enabled her to guide her clients through the very emotional process of selling or buying a home.

Carol-Ann’s approach to real estate is simple. Continue to learn and keep your market knowledge sharp. Understand the legal and financing processes that your clients need to know about. Be innovative in marketing techniques and stay ahead of trends. Communicate, communicate, communicate. Be available. Protect your clients and treat them with respect and courtesy.

She feels strongly about continuing her education and is involved in several community volunteer opportunities. She is a private pilot, an avid kayaker, and enjoys drawing and painting.
