Carol Ann Peterson wants to show you her beautiful town and the surrounding countryside. She was born and raised in Bonita, California, a small suburb of San Diego. She grew up in this rural area surrounded by rolling hills, farms, small ranches & horses. As a kid she rode horses, bikes, and caught crawdads under the local bridge.

She walked / hiked to her friends’ homes and never thought much about it. The community & schools had activities and events for everyone all year round. They say you return to your roots as you get older and while Bonita has long since changed, Pagosa is as close to my roots as it is going to be.
