The experience I had with carol was one to remember!!

This is my first time getting my apartment, I was nervous, didn’t know where to start, and quite intimidated. A co-worker referred me to carol and that’s where my apartment journey began. I told carol my price range, my apartment location because I wanted to be closer to work, and apartment style. Within minutes carol sent me a list of all the apartments that fit my specifications, and I found one I liked immediately. The next day Carol took me on a in person tour, i immediately knew I picked the right realtor. Carol was so nice. She has such a outgoing/friendly attitude that made it so easy for me to communicate, and a killer smile. Through out the process of gathering information for the lease carol was very clear, responded very quickly, and answered all questions. Carol made the process stress free and easy. Today I have signed my lease for a year in the apartment of my dreams in about 2 weeks. I would refer carol to anyone looking for an apartment, or any type of property because of how well I was treated and how easy she made this process for me !!

What can we say? Carol is a true professional and a dream come true! She helped us find a new condominium right in the thick of the COVID pandemic in Philadelphia this past spring. She helped guide us through the unique circumstances of COVID and its impact on the sales process and reassured us the entire way. She made herself available by phone 24/7 and always responded to text messages or calls immediately.

We aren't new to home ownership, but never have we enjoyed working with a realtor / agent more! Carol proved time and time again during negotiations on final purchase price that she was working for us. And we're convinced you'll never find a more genuine, sweet and capable agent anywhere. 5 stars doesn't due Carol justice. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and beautiful spirit and humanity.
