Carol was an absolute godsend for my home buying journey. As a first time homebuyer, it was incredibly important for me to find a real estate agent who genuinely has your best interest in mind. Carol is that and so much more. She was always willing to research & compare comps, would provide different strategies when putting an offer, would explain things I didn’t understand, provided info for contractors, helped me find a real estate attorney and title company, and would schedule showings as soon as possible.

Carol was also willing to vouch and fight for me once we were under contract. I greatly appreciated Carol for giving me her honest opinions, and she never pressured or forced me into making decisions.

Carol should definitely be at the top of her industry if she isn’t already as she is extremely dedicated, compassionate and hard working.

As a Dominican woman, I felt understood and proud to share my Hispanic heritage with Carol. I hope I gained a friend for life and maybe even a possible business partner in the near future. 😉
