I met Ms Carol Cammarata 9 years ago when I purchased my first home. By that time I was relocating from Puerto Rico to St Louis. I was by my self doing all the arrangements while my family was dealing with the move at PR.

Besides finding the perfect home, she guided and supported us through all the steps to successfully settle in at St Louis.

We lived 9 great years in the house until it was time to downsize and return to PR.

Buying or selling a house is a stressful process unless you have the best professional by your side. Thanks to Caro, the whole process was smooth and easy. We also managed to have fun and cultivate a beautiful relationship. She is the best!!

In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better agent. Carol is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to address any concerns or desires you have. We hired Carol to help find a property with pretty specific requirements and also list our old property. She communicated very clearly and assisted us with finding repairmen, bids for listing preparation, etc etc. She always provided a truthful and realistic picture of what we could expect throughout the processes. To top it all off, Carol is just the type of person you want to spend this exciting and sometimes stressful experience with. She's kind, smart, caring, funny and very genuine. Can't recommend Carol enough!

Carol is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend her enough! We were QUITE complicated to deal with and she always went well above and beyond to make sure we got what was in our best interest. Very quick, very professional, very easy to deal with and dealt with us and all of our random questions and concerns. (And everything else that comes with buying a home.) If you need a realtor, look no further. I promise.

Carol is a great real estate agent. She will help you keep in mind what your priorities are when looking for a home. She will actually share her her honest opinions of different houses and how they fit with your wish list instead of being vague and letting you fixate on one thing you like about a house that does not otherwise meet your needs. I've worked with other agents in the past who were more interested in getting a sale done quickly instead of making sure their clients were happy in their homes for many years. Carol's experience and network of contacts helped us as we looked at several places; she guided us to the key information about inspection results so we could decide which houses might be worth investing in versus those that were going to be beyond our budget to remodel or maintain. She's also been endlessly patient! I'm always interested to see other properties for a possible investment opportunity, and Carol will get information, comps and show me potential houses even when she's got plenty of more profitable clients to work with. She is practical, efficient and has a great sense of humor. Work with Carol!
