This was our second time working with Carol. This time, she helped us sell the same home she helped us buy just two years ago! She was vital during this process since we live out of state and COVID made traveling tricky at times. Carol went above and beyond to make sure that our first time as home sellers was a positive one. She is very responsive, down to earth and realistic. We had been plotting for several months on when the right time to sell our home would be and when that time finally came, she was more than ready. Our home was listed within days of making the decision and within 48 hours, we had 14 offers! When small hiccups arose, Carol was quick on her feet and ensured that everything worked out in the end. We ended up with the best offer for our family and walked away very satisfied with the entire experience! We will definitely use Carol if we decide to move back to the area and will continue to refer her to everyone we know with home buying, selling, and renting needs in the Hampton Roads area!
