Hi, thank you for visiting my profile! I am Carol Games, the Managing Broker and Owner of Western Mountain Real Estate. I am a native Texan who also lived in Arkansas until I was 17. There, I was raised on a dairy farm, so I learned what work was all about at a very early age! I am very thankful to my parents for teaching me how important a great work ethic is and that a high standard of integrity, morals and values should guide me throughout my life. My love for the outdoors brought me to Colorado in 1985. My first job here was in Meeker, at Ripple Creek Lodge, a dude ranch high in the Rocky Mountains of NW Colorado! That was a life changing experience for sure! I was hooked on the mountains after that! I loved the mountains, and the outdoor life Colorado had to offer. I also enjoy quality time fishing, horseback riding, hiking, whitewater rafting, photography and snowmobiling with my family. I eventually moved to Colorado Springs where I met my late husband, Tony, who was a Colorado native. I was blessed with 38 years and an amazing life with Tony! We have two adult children, Rachael, and Zach, who are both married to amazing people. We were blessed with 6 amazing grandchildren! I really cherish time and spoiling the grandchildren!

I have specialized in recreational, hunting, and residential mountain properties on larger acreage for over 33 years, with the majority of my experience being in recreational land sales and ranch development. I was co-developer of 26 mountain ranch communities in South Central & Southwestern Colorado. I have sold residential and recreational mountain homes and cabins on acreage, recreational weekend getaways, large hunting, cattle and equestrian ranches in Teller, Fremont, Custer, Chaffee, Park, Gunnison, Routt, Archuleta, and San Miguel Counties over my career. To say the least, I love the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! She is also licensed in the great Wild West state of Wyoming!
