Carol has been wonderful to deal with as our real estate agent. She provided sound advice preparing our home for sale and the best use of our money to maximize the appeal and resale value to targeted home buyers. She also has gone “out of her way” both literally and figuratively on multiple occasions to identity new home builders and floor plans for us two hours away from our present location. We have found Carol not only to be responsive, but creative and focused on making sure she understands and is on top of every detail that goes into assuring us that our home sale and purchase is well planned.
