About Carol

Living and working in our beautiful area of our Great country is what I have been doing since 1971. I think the old saying "We've got it All" is a true statement about the area of the state that I work and live in. We have Lake Lanier, the Blue Ridge Mountains and Atlanta all convenient to North Georgia. I personally have lived on Lake Lanier (bought and sold homes on the lake) lived on a couple of farms (bought and sold farms) also have lived in subdivisions (bought and sold homes) along with a few commercial properties. I know this area very well as I have lived in the south part of the county, the north part of the county and on the lake. I also list and sell property in White, Lumpkin, Habersham and Jackson counties. I have been a realtor for 15 years but before that My Husband and I owned restaurants in Hall county known as Beef Corral and Burger Chef. I made a lot of friends during my restaurant years and have had the privilege of helping many of them either buy or sell their home.
