A native of northern California, Carol Matthews has worked in the Marin and Wine Country real estate markets since 2006. Her specialties in Marin County have included residential properties and estate management. In the Napa and Sonoma valleys, she has handled residential, vineyard, and land sales, as well as estate management. Her long-time passion for architecture and interior design helped her to develop her fine eye for space, scale, and design—of great benefit to her sellers’ need to renovate or refresh properties for maximum appreciation. Before becoming a Realtor, Carol’s early career in luxury goods also helped her develop an acute sense of marketing, Carol capitalizes on this skillset to help sellers augment the marketability of their properties and buyers see the potential and value beyond the surface. Working with both homebuyers and investors, Carol employs a very targeted approach to find distinctive properties that speak to their individual needs, often extending her research to properties that are not actively marketed.
