Carol has joined Lamacchia Realty with 29+ years of residential real estate sales experience. She was 1st licensed in 1996 after a career in the legal profession as a paralegal. After working 70+ hours a week with little return, she found that she was burnt out, and it was time to take control of her career and become her own boss! A long-time friend was an agent who encouraged her to change professions and get her real estate license.
Carol is described by her clients as thorough, hardworking, and someone who conducts her business with integrity. Carol helps her clients by listening to their needs and wants. She is honest and will always tell them the good, along with the bad in the current market, and how she’ll ultimately get them through it! Carol dedicates 100% of her time and energy to servicing her clients before, during, and after the sale. Her business has grown over the years by past clients who refer their friends, family, and coworkers on a regular basis. Carol has also made it a goal to ramp up her business with better systems and support by joining Lamacchia Realty.
With Carol’s 25+ years of real estate experience in Massachusetts & New Hampshire, she has grown from a salesperson to a broker-owner. As a broker-owner Carol had multiple partners of 5 locations with over 150 agents. Carol came to realize that she derives the most enjoyment from helping buyers and sellers successfully achieve their goals of homeownership and not from management. Carol’s philosophy is quite simple. In every situation, she puts herself in her clients’ shoes. She treats your money like it’s her own. She is committed to building strong, lifelong relationships one person at a time.
Carol grew up in Somerville, MA, but has resided in Burlington, MA, for the last 16 years with her husband, Stephen, and daughter, Caroline, along with their Labrador named Cooper and cat Lola!

“Watching my daughter play competitive softball – heading to Regis to play in college in September. Besides that is vacationing on the beach and feet in the sand!”
