I found Carol via the fliers she mails out regularly. When I decided to sell my home, I took a chance and called her and her response was immediate. She sounded very friendly and when she inquired about what it was that I wanted, what I was planning and so on, you could sense she was listening and not just hearing me. When I met Carol for the first time, I was very impressed at how organized and well prepared she was. And I got even more impressed at how detailed she was at explaining the sale process to me. She also was very patient with me which I appreciated greatly. Her professionalism, hard work, the process she took to present my home, was incredible! My house came on the market on Dec. 4, 2021, by the 5th we already had offers. It was unbelievable, I didn’t think we would sell that fast and for top dollars. Carol made it all happen and I am very grateful! Even my brother thought she is amazing! Carol is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and when she says she is working for you, it’s the truth. I will recommend her to anyone who would need a realtor.
