In 1970, the developers of the Parkview Hills residential community partnered with an exceptional team of realtors to manage all aspects of the marketing and management of their new premiere condominiums. They found the right candidates in Margaret Oudsema and Marian Greene – both successful local Realtors – who founded Greenleaf Realty.

While Marian focused on management, Margaret Oudsema built a highly successful marketing presence for these upscale condominiums, which included community education about the ins and outs of the condominium concept in Parkview Hills. Greenleaf Realty managed each sale in Parkview Hills individually, insuring accurate, personal service and a smooth transaction for the excited buyers. Eventually, Margaret’s daughter, Carol Oudsema, joined this select team of agents specializing in Kalamazoo area condominium developments.
