Carol Rodgers has been a licensed Realtor for 29 years, primarily on the Virginia Peninsula. After graduating from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in economics, she successfully began her real estate career. She specializes in helping both buyers and sellers – buyers, to achieve their goal of home ownership, and sellers, to make a sale in a timely manner for top dollar.

Carol branched out into renovating homes and thereby gained a keen eye for cost-effective upgrades that quickly sell a home at the best price. At the same time, she began staging properties, a service she continues to offer clients today. Buyers appreciate seeing a homey atmosphere rather than a blank slate, and sellers are aware that staging helps lead to a quick sale. She started her own business – UpStaging Realty – to have the freedom to offer her clients the full range of her services.
