About Carol

Carol Roehner discovered Sedona in 2012 when a friend emphatically and quite often told her, "You've got to see this place!" At that time, Carol and her husband were living near Lyons, CO, with their two beautiful painted horse mares on a dirt road in the country. They visited Sedona many times over the course of a year before deciding to make the move. As people who love hiking and the outdoors, great climate, and friendly people, Sedona turned out to be a wonderful new home for them. In 2022, Carol was asked to serve on the Sedona/Verde Valley Association of Realtors board of directors, which includes volunteer work in the community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and swimming. Carol also plays guitar and has performed at Soundbites Grill in Sedona and Elks Theater in Prescott, AZ.
It is Carol's passion to help others discover the joys of Sedona and the Verde Valley. Whether clients prefer fine dining, shopping, some nightlife, or simple country living, she'll help them find the ideal location to call home.
