Carol started Signature Properties in the mid-nineties, after a decade of working as a Realtor on the North Shore. Armed with a thorough understanding of the market as well as the desire of North Shore residents, she formed a highly skilled team from the ground up. The fine relationship she develops with both her real estate and construction clients has brought Carol a stream of referrals and repeat business.

Carol is a former broadcast journalist, holding bachelors and masters degrees from Northwestern University. Her excellent communication skills have contributed to her success in the industry.
