Carol is the absolute best at what she does! She is so professional, kind and caring. She has extensive knowledge of the Nashville and surrounding areas including Lebanon and Mount Juliet (which is where we happened to be looking). She never leaves you hanging, always returns your calls promptly and is truly engaged in helping you find your new home and in selling your current home. She never misses anything and really zones in to what people are saying. The whole buying and selling process can be daunting, but Carol has made it so much easier and even fun! I felt like she was invested in us, as if she were buying the home for herself. She wanted to make sure that every detail in our new home was to our taste and liking. She is truly a professional and I will recommend her to all of my friends that are selling or buying.

Carol was the third realtor I contracted with to sell my home over a 3 year period. While all 3 realtors were very nice, said many of the same things, Carol actually followed thru. In other words, she walked the walk! Carol Thayer actually did more to market my home in the first 90 days she had it listed than i think had been done in total prior to her listing my home! Selling a home can be a trying time and stressful process. Carol knows when to push, back away and give you time, and all the while keeping the process on track and everyone focused. Carol is a true professional and I would absolutely use her again and encourage others to do so as well if they want their home SOLD!

Carol worked hard for us to make sure we had all questions answered that we had about the house. The overall sell and closing process can be a very aggravating time but Carol was able to make it run as smoothly as possible. After the sell she continued to follow up with us to see how things were going with us. I have referred her couple of different times because she was good at her job and she made sure we were informed and happy about our choice.

I purchased a house that Carol was selling in July 2013. While she was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the transaction, it was Carol's personal touches that put her at the top as one of the best real estate agents in middle Tennessee. She's prompt to return phone calls and she shows up on time to appointments, which is a huge sticking point for me, when many businesses you deal with any more show very poor customer service. If you need a real estate agent, she's the go-to person, without a doubt.
