Carol Verderese was totally professional and walked us through every step of the process in the sale of our mother's home. She was thorough in getting us started in the preparations needed to list the home and extremely efficient in getting the home listed and advertised quickly. Luckily, things moved fast, and she did everything possible to get us the right buyer at the right price. Now that we have successfully closed the home with the buyer, I am happy to recommend Carol to anyone looking for an agent to assist them with either the purchase or the sale of their property.

You won’t find many realtors like Carol; she truly has your best interest at heart. She won’t ever try to talk you into buying a home that even she feels is unsuitable for you. She wants her clients to be comfortable with their decision and happy with the homes they purchase. Carol is also the hardest working realtor I’ve ever known. She took us out countless times to search for our perfect home, and we finally found it, thanks to her! She has the patience of an angel and I trust her 100%. Carol Verderese was instrumental for two of my family members. She was able to find my son an apartment within his budget, and his preference of locality. He couldn’t have been happier! She also was able to find my mom the perfect condo in a 55 and over community. Mom would be moving from her home of 62 years, so we needed someone who could understand mom’s reluctance in finding a new place to call home. Carol worked diligently to find the perfect fit for mom.
I highly recommend Carol to anyone in the matket for buying or renting. She will not dissapoint!
