Carolann Castillo

Carolann is a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent who recently moved back to her hometown of Beaumont, TX to join the family business. Growing up in a Commercial Real Estate family in Southeast Texas, Carolann has been exposed to an entrepreneurial lifestyle and has learned the value of knowledge, competency and integrity. She briefly left Texas to attend and get her B.S. from the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!). After University, Carolann spent six years managing a multimillion-dollar restaurant in Houston, TX where her skills in management and negotiations prepared her for CRE. Carolann spent two years in San Antonio learning commercial real estate under Coldwell Banker Commercial Alamo City. Once married, she quickly and very easily convinced her Houston born and raised new husband that there was no place like SE Texas. She is active in the community, has a true pride in where she lives and wants to see her hometown community prosper.
