Mrs. Carole Webb knows her stuff. I had a lot of anxiety starting the process of finding a home. However, Carole made the process as smooth as possible. Carole set us up with great lenders. We found a home the first week of our search and our offer was accepted. We thought that it would take a while to find a home. That was not the case. I just want to say hats off to Mrs. Webb. She has done an exceptional job for my family hands down. She facilitated our home buying process and made it a smooth transition for us. We lived out of state and wanted to relocate to MD. We knew what we wanted and we let her know upfront. She was knowledgeable on the home buying process and the market. she answered all of our questions throughly and she met all our needs concerning buying a home. She was well verse about the different areas, and where to find school ratings. One thing I must say about her is that she is a classy person. I have never met a realtor that was so diligent and passionate about what they do. Everything I wanted in a property she found. I thought it would take more time due to the picky and meticulous person that I am. She had everything mapped out for me for that one day. She was diligent from start to finish. I did not have to work hard to find a place. She showed me a few properties and I found it all in one day. She makes it easy to communicate with her whether it’s through email or text. She is very good at following up and she is diligent in her work ethic. She is trustworthy, persistent and remains calm but assertive during negotiation. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She will take care of you. She is that good! We are proud to say that we are now homeowners of a new construction home. Carole was responsive and dedicated to my specific objectives from day one. A few years ago, I had been handling the negotiations myself on a new construction home not realizing I could and should have had a Realtor! That deal fell apart and cost me because of not understanding the process. Fast forward when I decided to start the building process again I knew I was not going to go in alone.
