I just want to say hats off to Mrs. Webb. She has done an exceptional job for my family hands down. She facilitated our home buying process and made it a smooth transition for us. We lived out of state and wanted to relocate to MD. We knew what we wanted and we let her know upfront. She was knowledgeable on the home buying process and the market. she answered all of our questions throughly and she met all our needs concerning buying a home. She was well verse about the different areas, and where to find school ratings. One thing I must say about her is that she is a classy person. I have never met a realtor that was so diligent and passionate about what they do. Everything I wanted in a property she found. I thought it would take more time due to the picky and meticulous person that I am. She had everything mapped out for me for that one day. She was diligent from start to finish. Carole was responsive and dedicated to my specific objectives from day one. A few years ago, I had been handling the negotiations myself on a new construction home not realizing I could and should have had a Realtor!
