Carolina Cronin

Carrie Cronin is a Realtor in Maryland. She began her career in 1992 as an appraiser working all over central Maryland. Much of her work was concentrated in new construction, however she completed a variety of assignments including multifamily homes and small farms. In 1997 she opened her own appraisal firm, and still does appraisals to date. In 2008 she completed training to gain her Maryland Real Estate License. She began working with a small boutique business in Baltimore and now works with Cummings & Co. Realtors in Timonium. She has completed extensive training and received her GRI and SFR designations. She has also been on the board for the West Towson Association for the past 8 years serving in a variety of positions including Vice President 2013-2015 and President 2015-2017. She is also a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Over her past 25 years in the Real Estate industry, she has been featured in the Baltimore Sun Paper and writes the Real Estate article for the West Towson newsletter. Her professional knowledge is called upon by a variety of lawyers, accountants, charity groups and lenders across Maryland. Over the next few years, she looks forward to continued work on the West Towson Board, and working with buyers and sellers all over the state of Maryland. Carrie resides in West Towson, where she has lived for the past 20 years with her family and rescue dogs.
