Carolina is absolutely the best. She helped us deal with a very difficult seller. She also guided us through selling our home when we had several buyers back out for various reasons. She always had our best interest at heart. Besides being a great realtor who is on top of her game, she is also a great person. Cannot imagine buying or selling with anyone else.

Danielle went above & beyond to help us find the perfect home for our needs. We couldn’t have been happier with her professionalism, knowledge of the area, and follow ups. I would definitely recommend this entire team. Especially for first time home buyers because this process was intimidating but a lot less stressful with a good team to work with.

With this being my first home buying experience, I am glad that Danielle was my Realtor. She gave me her honest opinions on houses and even when I changed directions
she was right there with me. Once I decided on a place, she helped make the process smooth with minimal effort. When things were starting to bog down, before I could call her, she was already on it. Working with Danielle felt like I was was working with a friend who had my best interest at heart. Kudos to her and Haas Realty for making this a pleasant experience.

Haas Realty cannot be beat! Carolina is the best in the industry! Her knowledge and experience goes to work for you as the client in ways that will leave you extremely impressed! She is a great listener to your wants and needs, however I felt like she knew better about our end goal than we did ourselves! She was always one step ahead of the game and during the whole real estate transaction her leadership drove closing table negotiations to be in our favor constantly. This girl is professional, wise and full of grace.
