Carolina Hernandez is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in the South Florida area.

With a background in Marketing and Business, plus being fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, Italian), She has been able to enhance her Real Estate career to the highest level with effective, knowledgeable, experienced, ethical, and creative techniques and above all excellent customer service.

Initially, she worked with some of the bigger-named brokerages, only to find that a certain level of service and knowledge-support was missing. This led her to start up her own brokerage (Ancla Realty, Inc.), as well as a complimentary Association and Property Management company (Ancla Management, Inc.).

Carolina is also CAM Licensed and has continued to add-on further knowledge with her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity) and GREEN designations, as well as her MRP (Military Relocation Professional), REO, BPO and Property management Certifications.

Furthermore, Carolina has also earned the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist), and as been recognized as a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild.

She is also a Notary Public, complimenting the one-stop-solution philosophy, and she continues to enhance her knowledge and broaden her skill set as time goes on. This in turn guarantees her client's expectations are not only met but exceeded.
