Caroline helped me find a home 6 years ago. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to look for. She found several properties that fit my needs perfectly, and helped me figure out what features were really important (age of the HVAC system, needed maintenance) as opposed to what I was worried about like wall color and flooring. She was very professional and walked me through the entire process. She made sure to prepare me for things that may go wrong, like with the inspection or with financing, so there were no surprises.
