I decided to purchase my first home earlier this year with only a vague idea of the numerous steps involved. Working with Caroline made what seemed to be a confusing and daunting process relatively easy. She guided me through each and every step of the way from start to finish with detailed knowledge pertaining to viewing properties, choosing a mortgage and the plentiful paperwork. I found Caroline to be consistently focused on what I was looking for in a house and also that she adhered closely to those preferences when providing options. She helped me find a great house for the right price, at the right location and right within the timeframe I had specified. It was a pleasure working with Caroline and I'd highly recommend her services, especially for first-time home buyers who may be hesitant about the overall process. It was about as stress-free as something like this can be.

Working w/ Caroline is a breath of fresh air. She truly walks you through each step of the process in a way that is both efficient, but thorough. She makes sure you understand the scope of each step along the way. She also has really solidified and organic relationships with the entire real estate community which gives you an inside look you wouldn't normally get. Caroline Masters is everything you want in a real estate agent: knowledgeable about the market, always professional and always helpful. Over several months of getting the house ready to sell, Caroline was supportive with recommendations and encouraging words. She organized all the technical aspects starting with title checks -- it was a seamless process with no stress for me and there were no mistakes or steps regretted. When there were bumps in the road she got us over them with a sense of humor. There were times when the cleanout and rehab process were beyond difficult and I was past meltdown. Caroline had the most amazingly helpful advice or encouragement. She fixed problems, got the right people, and got things moving again. I can't emphasize enough how she is deeply knowledgeable about all the aspects of the preparation, showing and sales. All the professionals she brought into the process were also top level. No doubt, selling a house can be an uncertain process and Caroline Masters got us through this with the amazing success!

Carolyn was great to work with. She listened to my needs and stayed within my budget. I flew into Philly so she drove me everywhere, bought me coffee and showed me fifteen properties in one weekend, all while staying on top of the paperwork and keeping the process moving quickly when I found a house. When my realtor of many years retired, Carolyn Masters (from the same agency) became my new one when I needed to sell my house in Roxborough. I knew Carolyn because she had just helped my daughter and son-in-law buy a property in the same neighborhood. It’s a great piece of property, and she did a very good job negotiating the purchase. She subsequently did a great job with the sale of my house considering all that is going on (pandemic, etc.). We hit a few stags with offers and last minute repairs but she stayed very upbeat through it all. That was very reassuring. Carolyn is outgoing and warm and obviously loves her job. It was a pleasure working with her.
