After graduating from Salve Regina, Caroline Richards enjoyed a dynamic, fifteen-year career in investment banking. Focused on early-stage venture capital investing, she created deal origination strategies for companies such as Morgan Stanley and BancBoston, and has worked in New York, Boston, San Francisco, and London; and to mix it up a bit, spent some time working in Tuscany for a famous cookbook writer!

Since moving back to Rhode Island in 2007, she has taken advantage of all that the island has to offer and loves to share her enthusiasm for this magical place with her clients. Caroline is a consistent top multi-million-dollar producer, serves on multiple local boards, and was recently nominated by RI Monthly for Excellence in Real Estate.

Caroline lives in Newport with her college sweetheart husband, an army officer, and their two children. When she is not hard at work, she can be found in the garden, on the boat, or at the beach!
